  • How often do we meet?

    • We meet 1-4x per month for 30 minutes. Anyone from your team may join those calls.

  • What If I have a social media manager, channel manager, or someone who works with me and I want them to learn or have them do it. 

    • We don’t interfere with them, we help 

    • We do our minimum engagement and do the off-boarding. Your team can take it from there. 

    • Anyone from your team is welcome to join the calls

  • We have additional deliverables. Can We Discuss?

    • Yes, and we also offer additional services as well. 

  • What if I don’t upload three times a week?

    • After a content strategy and programming calendar are established, we will optimize the existing library with the remaining slots. 

  • Are you filming the content for us?

    • No, we do not film the content.

  • How many times per week do we need to be posting?

    • To do YouTube successfully we recommend posting 1x per week at minimum.

  • Do you manage the content?

    • Yes, the content is managed once the content is created. Video can be uploaded by the creator or we can handle it 

  • Do you make the thumbnails?

    • Yes

  • What if I have a graphic designer or want to make my own?

    • We work hand-in-hand with you and your team to create the thumbnails as desired

  • Do we get to pick what the thumbnails look like?

    • Yes, before we make any implementations live, including the thumbnail, a concept will be chosen 

  • Can we review video and series ideas?

    • Yes we can review during our strategy sessions. Please send via email ahead of time so we can see what you came up with :)

  • Do you manage the Community Tab?

    • Yes, that is included in Channel Management

  • Do you manage stories?

    • Yes, 

  • How much access do we have to your team?

    • You will have a direct line to the Outlast team and can expect a response within 24 hours on business days.

  • How do we meet?

    •  We meet using zoom and the meetings are recorded for your continued usage.

    • We can also meet in-person if based in Los Angeles 

    • Travel Requests Can be Accommodated.

  • What platforms do we use to communicate?

    • We use Email, and iMessage
